Welcome Corning delegation

โญ From ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”๐ญ๐ก to ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐ญ๐ก ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’, a delegation from ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  (๐๐˜, ๐”๐’๐€), a sister city of San Giovanni Valdarno (AR, Italy), will be present in San Giovanni Valdarno.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ This year (2024) marks the ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ญ๐ก anniversary of the signing of the ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ (2004).

๐Ÿก The Center for GeoTechnologies of the University of Siena is pleased to host 8 members of the delegation in the apartments of the college: Bill Boland (Mayor of Corning), Michelle Caulfield (School Superintendent), George Bacalles (Assistant Principal of the local school), Tim Ball (Professor and Twinning Committee Chairman), and their respective partners. Meanwhile, two students from Corning will be hosted by families of students from the Giovanni da San Giovanni High Schools.

โžก On ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ง๐, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’, ๐š๐ญ ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ—:๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ, a presentation of the research and teaching activities of the Center for GeoTechnologies of the University of Siena will take place in the Aula Magna, followed by a visit to the Campus.
