Scholarships and Study Incentives for TACT Students
For the academic year 2025/2026, the University of Siena has announced 2 financial incentives and 1 study award for students enrolled in the Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Technologies for the Environment, Construction and Territory (TACT), based at the Center of GeoTechnologies in San Giovanni Valdarno.
This initiative has been made possible thanks to the donation of Fondazione Masaccio, which confirms its commitment to supporting higher education and the development of the local area.
Specifically, the following are available:
✅ 2 financial incentives of €650 each, reserved for first-year TACT students (link to the call)
✅ 1 study award of €650, for students enrolled in the second year of the programme (link to the call)
The calls are open to students residing or domiciled in the municipalities of Valdarno (San Giovanni Valdarno, Figline e Incisa Valdarno, Montevarchi, Cavriglia, Terranuova Bracciolini, Bucine, Castelfranco Pian di Scò) and set out the following requirements:
- For first-year students: applications close on 30 November 2025; the selection will be based on the high school diploma grade and the result of the TOLC-LP admission test.
- For second-year students: selection will consider the number of university credits (CFU) earned by 30 September 2025.
The final rankings will be published on the University of Siena website.
The TACT programme has local restricted access, with a maximum of 25 places available. Applications for admission to the course can be submitted from 11:00 on 9 September to 11:00 on 16 September 2025 through the Segreteria online (menu > “Segreteria” > “test di ammissione”).
